This is moderately tart farmhouse ale that was dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc. It will pour a vibrant golden color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of citrus fruit, grape must and spice come through on the nose. The flavor profile begins with tart lemon peel and moves gradually to more complex earthy undertones with hay and grass in the finish.
