This special beer we created for Bozeman's first Craft Beer Week in 2017 is a crowd favorite and comes back to the taproom frequently. This tart, kettle soured beer is brewed with a little salt and coriander, giving it a delicious complexity while being surprisingly summery and refreshing. We also frequently infuse kegs of this beer with different fruits, from Guava to Grapefruit to Watermelon... so definitely give this one a try if it's on tap!
