Barefoot Brew is a blonde ale brewed with Maui honey. This locally sourced honey coupled with the use of Molokai sweet potato, Melanoidin Malt and Honey Malt provide the sweet malty backbone that slightly dominates the mild hopping of Cascade and Nugget hops in the kettle. A lower original gravity makes this a fairly sessionable option for those who stray away from today's heavily hopped ales.
