This beer was brewed using 2-Row malt and hopped throughout with Idaho 7. The lack of specialty malts in this brew draws attention to the aromas and flavor of the Idaho 7 hop. The aroma has strong notes of tropical fruit and a bit of a dank and resiny pine. This dry IPA has pleasant and clean bitterness that lingers through the palate.
