The base of this beer is our standard porter racked off before the addition of our toasted coconut. Instead, we cold steep the beer on our 100% Yellow Caturra coffee beans grown locally on the Ka‘anapali Estate roasted by the Maui Grown Coffee Company. The coffee adds a distinctive roast and chocolate aroma that differentiates this from our standard core
offering.
