Our latest IPA is drenched in Azacca and Hallertauer Blanc hops. It's got a great blend of layered papaya, pear, and lemon aromatics with a crisper finish from the Blanc. The malt bill is fairly dry, with a touch of sweetness from Caramunich hops.
