Golden Delicious, Virginia Beauty, Rome Beauty, Limberwigs, and wild crab apples predominate this blend of over thirty apple varieties, creating a straw colored cider with a good balance of sweetness, refreshing acidity and slight astringency from tannins.
Fresh apple and pear flavors predominate, with hints of citrus and minerality. This cider is hazy due to naturally occurring pectins that create a luscious mouthfeel, like a Belgian ale.
