In medieval times, the Knucker was the infamous water dragon that wreaked havoc on local farming communities by consuming local livestock and even villagers! This soothing serum was concocted to tame the savage beast!

This new version uses a double dose of hops; American Millenium and Simcoe for bittering and flavoring followed by a 7 day New Zealand dry hopping schedule that creates a strong floral nose in the glass. Light crystal malts and american 2-row create a balanced flavor that is quite refreshing.
