This is a dark lager in the german style, almost a dark pilsner, crisp and roasty. Brewed utilizing a modified double-mash, this light-bodied black lager has just a hint of malt bitterness complimented by saaz hops. notes of dark chocolate, raisins, toffee. One of our favorite styles, timeless, like the Vincent Black Shadow.
