Released in spring our Maibock has a brightness and bitterness which foretell the blue skies of summer. This lager has a warm golden hue with a peppery hoppiness and toasty malt flavor. The Pontiac GTO is legendary in the muscle car world and often referred to as the “Goat.” Bocks got their name from the German for Billy Goat thanks to their fuller flavor than the pilsners of the day, which makes GTO the perfect appellation for our springtime lager, the fact that GOAT can also stand for the “Greatest Of All Time” is surely a lucky coincidence.
