MotoSonora Brewing Pan de Paz Pale Ale

Our collaboration with legendary baker Don Guerra, Pan de Paz was created during a time when the whole world could have used a little peace. We used locally grown Sonoran Wheat and Rouge de Bordeaux in the grain bill as well as a few loaves of Don’s bread for good measure. The result is a beer with a solid malt backbone to balance the mix of hops in a classic pale ale that you will only find in Tucson. Lucky for us, it looks like the world is calming down, so close your eyes and have some Pan de Paz and think of the friends and family that helped get you through.
