Our version of a classic Vienna Lager takes a bit of that south of the border flavor to the European traditional style, not unlike the European drivers in Porsches and Mercedes from the 1950’s tackling the the Carrera Panamericana border to border in Old Mexico. Brewed with german malts and just a bit of roasted barley, and finished with noble hops. it's a dry beer that reads a little bit sweeter than it is and has soft notes of coffee, caramel and clove. Old World meets New, just our style.
