This beer was designed to be a darker version of an English-style IPA, to show off the soft bitterness of traditional English hops but to balance them with the rich creamy chocolate of roasted wheat.
Food Pairing: Steak, brisket, creamy funky cheeses, or pork barbecue.

Grains/Adjuncts: Maris Otter Pale Malt, Cara, Caramel Munich 40L, Flaked Barley, Riverbend Heritage, Mild Ale Malt, Midnight Wheat, Victory Malt, Vienna Malt
