Narrows Ring Of Fire IPA

This celebratory brew acknowledges the awesome power and beauty of the Pacific Rim. In order to construct this beer we used a variety of hops form around the Rim: Orbit from New Zealand, Summer and Pride of Ringwood from Australia(not technically the Rim, but nice hops), Sorachi Ace from Japan, Mt. Rainier from Washington and Mt. Hood from Oregon. We also used malted barley from Patagonia, Hawaiian red sea salt and Mountain Violet Heritage Rice grown by hand from Banaue Philippines. All this to create a complex and unique brew filled with the aroma of melon, citrus, lavender and spice. Nicely balanced, yet with enough hop presence to remind you this is an IPA.
