The Queen Bee Honey Bock is made with sixty gallons of Orange Blossom Honey and is aged four months. This high octane honey bock has a mild bitterness and a strong malty body that exhibits itself with a ruby red color. A white foam allows for aromas of dark cherry, plum and currant to flourish, and the sweetness of honey lingers on the palate momentarily.
