Roggen is german for rye, and this brew has a 50% rye malt bill. This beer is brewed with Citra and Centennial hops and has a dry and spicy character that rye normally brings to a brew. This 5.5% ABV and 52 IBU beer is fermented on Kolsch yeast, rounding it off with a nice, Lager taste.
