This rich, dark-colored stout starts-out slightly tart, but soon gives way to a mild roastiness. A full-bodied beer with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and a dry finish. O-Töwn infused this big beer with locally-sourced, original “Olympia Figs” for a truly distinct profile.
