True to traditional farmhouse recipes, the base is heavy with Belgian grains and yeast. O-Töwn makes a twist on that convention with a 40% Northwest hop and 60% heather addition, accentuating the natural spicy notes of the yeast and hops. Then, O-Töwn finishes-off this variety with over 4-months of Syrah oak barrel aging, adding character and smoothness, to make this saison unlike any other!
