Imperial Oatmeal Stout with Coffee, Cocoa Nibs, Caramel, and Coconut // MikkellerSD Collab.11.0% ABV
We couldn't just stick to one version. We decided to recreate the iconic cookie in liquid form. We took our base All The Platos stout and conditioned it on house-toasted coconut. It was then finished on a combination of caramel syrup, organic cocoa nibs and Brazilian Fazendo do Condado coffee roasted by our pals at Farmers Union Coffee Roasters. A liquid coffee cookie!
