Oakshire Public House Pale Ale

Brewed by Oakshire Brewing

American Pale Ale5.0% ABV35 IBU

A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors.Just in time for the start of summer we introduce the re-imagination of our Public House Pale Ale. As we set to open our new outpost in Portland, we wanted to make a beer as tribute to our humble beginnings at our Public House on Madison.
Public House Pale, or just Pub Pale if you are in the know; is a classic American Pale Ale. Brewed with a simple malt base of 2-Row barley and a mix of specialty malts; this pale is then liberally with a combination of NW grown hop varieties. The hopping starts with Centennial to provide the classic bitterness. It then sees late additions of Mosaic and Columbus in the whirlpool for a bright and dank fruit characteristic. It then turns new-age with a liberally dry-hop combination of Mosaic and El Dorado.

Super fruity, on the nose and tongue, dry across the palate with a crisp mouth feel; the Pub Pale is the perfect beer to session on while you sit at the bar, or on the patio talking to one of the ever evolving and rotating cast of regulars that grace us every day on Madison Street. This beer is made for each of you.
Prost!
