Pleasant acidity presents as tartness in the beer which gives a lively fresh flavor to the locally grown raspberries added at the end of the primary fermentation. A beautiful hazy pink color reminiscent of raspberry lemonade begins the experience of bright tart raspberry aroma and flavor with a crisp clean finish.
