For our first iteration, our brewers decided to use the "Holy Trinity" of hops: Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic. First hopped with Citra and Mosaic hop oil in the kettle, and then dry hopped equally between the three varieties at a rate of nearly 6.5 lbs. per barrel.
Aromas of papaya and pineapple along with fresh oranges swirl around the glass. A note of fresh tangerine juice drifts across the palate, with a tinge of bitterness that reminds you that you are still drinking an IPA.
