Beer is typically mad of up of 4 ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Hops and Yeast... and for this delectably hopped IPA we use a wonderful fifth ingredient: Malted Rye. It adds great complexity to the malt profile, giving body and a unique spiciness that works beautifully with the strong hop characteristics present.
