In the style of Flemish Oud Bruins, this beer is a blend of different sour ales aged in Pinot Noir & Bourbon barrels for up to 3 years. Expect balanced lactic and acetic sourness, slight malt sweetness and plenty of complex character, complemented by oak, vanilla, coconut and vinous notes from the barrels.
