Named for the muse of history and lyre playing, our Clio is a Session Sour. It has a mildly puckering tartness with notes of stone fruit, white grapes and lemons—it’s easy drinking and perfect for any occasion.

Clio is mildly assertive, fruity and a touch wild. It will pair well with bold and pungent cheeses, blackened trout and fudge.
