At Orpheus, we stand by our motto, “Don’t look back.” That sometimes means experimenting with new ingredients and techniques. For Maenads Tripel, we isolated a wild yeast strain, affectionately named Maenads, from the air around the brewery. We combine our native yeast with American Golding hops to brew an ethereal Belgian inspired Tripel with American roots.
