Our December Off Trail beer will be a collaboration with Hutch from the Brewery at the Culinary Institute of America. We are working together to create a Fruited Chocolate Milk Stout. It will be brewed and fermented with cacao nibs, lactose milk sugar, and Raspberries to provide a full bodied stout with layers of flavors.
