For this ale, we wanted to focus on ridiculous flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness in check. To do this, we employed a technique called "hop-bursting." Sounds pretty cool, right? We agree. The nose of this beer offers massive aromas of mango, citrus, peach, pine, berries, and dankness, and all while - you guessed it - not being punishingly bitter!
