A Collaboration with Großen Bart Brewery out of Longmont, this is an English-style barley wine made with Maris Otter, brown, and crystal malts. A single hop addition is used to balance the malt and bring out a more drinkable ale. It is then fermented with our house English ale yeast to add a wonderful depth of flavor and bring out the malt characteristics.
Food Pairing: Pork shoulder, Kentucky Burgoo, and hearty foods.
