Pateros Creek French Scout

A strawberry, cherry, chocolate sour ale - Field berries start out the complex flavors that eventually roll into dark chocolate undertones and finishes tart. Named after French Pete who warned of native tribes coming camp to steal guns and powder - they dug a hole to keep them safe - hence “Cache la Poudre” (meaning hide the powder), the name of our beloved river here in Northern Colorado.
