Pateros Creek Prairie Bandit

Unfiltered & unaltered for optimal enjoyment, Prairie Bandit is a refreshing ale made with wheat, barley, and a hint of rye. It starts out with flavors of fresh baked bread that are accented by low lying fruity notes to keep the palate feeling crisp. It finishes dry and overall is a great beer to enjoy anytime of year. This is a collaboration that is celebrating the re-introduction of the black footed ferret to Northern Colorado. Prairie Bandit is the nickname for these ferrets who once populated much of the area.
