Made with fresh Nugget hops from Paonia, CO this pilsner is a great twist on a fresh hop tradition in the U.S. It is a brand new take on an old world style. The pilsner is a traditional style but with the fresh hops added, it changes the aromas and mouthfeel of the beer into something new that is a little bit greener. It is named after the name for fools gold as this is a golden lager that is different than expected.
