Named after the mountain located in the Poudre Canyon west of Fort Collins, Sleeping Elephant is a darker ale that has a rich, chocolaty and malty backbone with a sliver of roasted flavor that finishes dry. It then balances out with just the right amount of hops so that it truly warms and delivers a comforting feeling to you on those cold days.
