A caramalt and pale malt body gives this IPA medium caramels to combat the heavy hop schedule consisting of; Chinook, Cascade, Idaho 7, N.Brewer Centennial. When terminal gravity is met the unconditioned beer is dryhopped with Kazbek, and combined with the light warmth of the 6.5% ABV to give a nice spicy residual hop character
