A homage to the moonlight ballroom that once occupied the upstairs O'Fallon restaurant and brewery. A refreshing hopped up ale balanced with bready malts and wheat. Unique lemon aroma and citrus flavors keep the senses aroused with hints of caramel popping through producing a light golden color.
