Description: We took Saison aged in Ransom Distillery #3 char gin barrels for one year, and set loose 550lb of mango puree on it. Then we refermented it with additional saison yeast for a crisp, spicy saison with a fruity and floral nose, and a nice mango kick! D’ Mango is Unchained!
