A small batch variant of our Navette, we begin with a day long cold steep with Intelligentsia's Persephone blend. The coffee's aromatic undertones include toffee, apricot, and pomegranate, and meld beautifully with the balanced sweetness of Navette. The roasted coffee accentuates the bitter chocolate subtlety of Navette, while maintaining a supporting role to the beer's intended direction.
