Matchless? Really? That’s a bit of an ego-trip … however, the name is more about the local mine built by Horace Tabor. Google it. The famous Tabor legend does not come from building a well-balanced hoppy beer. That’s what we did after combining 5 different hops in 4 different phases of the process.
