This tends to enhance the hop bitterness while simultaneously subduing the presence of a serious level of alcohol. Despite the aggressive posture, it finishes smooth. It is recommended you allow the beer to breath and warm as it will become even more expressive. This ale is a perfect choice for cigars and the long cold nights of winter.
