'SETT': The base sequence of threads in a Scottish Tartan
Sett appeals to our uninhibited obsession with design. This one was the seventh variation of our original recipe, but first in our hearts. The tartan we created has seven lines, each one getting larger, representing the beer getting closer to our goal. This smooth Scotch Ale is boiled for 90 minutes, during which we add brown sugar into our direct-fire brew kettle to impart a toasted caramel flavor. Malt forward, slightly hopped.
