A nose of dank, piney resin and grapefruit opens this experimental hop IPA; this hoppy nose gives way to flavors of lime and honeydew melon. A light-to-medium body carries a good balance of sour-bitter through the finish, with a mild, pleasing, sour citrus lingering on the palette.
