Brewer Will takes two things very seriously: craft beer and the great outdoors. So it's no surprise that this Master Brewer / Forager thought to drop a bunch of candy cap mushrooms into his vat of imperial stout. The result is big and sweet with lots of chocolate, vanilla and maple pecan.
