An American amber ale brewed with fresh roasted chilies (jalapenos, Anaheims, poblanos) that were de-seeded, allowing the fresh chili flavors to shine through without the heat. This recipe (& beer name) is the brainchild of Mark Boelman, Left Hand Brewery’s Senior Controller, and took home top honors in the 2016 Peak-To-Peak Pro-Am beer competition. Mark reproduced this brew on our system in tandem with our Head Brewer (Vince), and the aromas & flavors will continue to evolve over time.
