This big brew’s name is derived from the exact mileage to Chimay Belgium from Cambridge Maryland, in honor of those that pioneered the style centuries ago. Medium brown in color with distinctive Trappist-Style esters on the nose, this dark strong ale takes you on a Belgian tour of flavor. Massive notes of raising and fig dominate the palate until met with undertones of molasses and dough. The finish is typical per style with a delicate candy sweetness.
