It's a more mature style of beer, with a rich, dark chestnut color, spicy yeast aroma and notes of dark fruit and toasted marshmallow. Add an extended aging in South American rum barrels, which brings notes of woody vanilla from oak, caramel sweetness, and a complex rum character to the party, and you've got a 21st birthday worth remembering.
