An American Red IPA brewed specially for Lumiere Place Casino. Mix a big red Amber ale with a bunch of Hops and this is what you get. Lots of caramel sweetness and an Amber-Red color from the 3 different Caramel malts. Big doses of Summit, Columbus, and Cascade hops are added to the boil, and then Dry Hopped with Australian Galaxy.
