Our smoked stout is brewed with 65% beechwood smoked malt that contribute the smoky aromas reminiscent of campfires and smoked ham which are typical of the traditional “Rauchbier” or smoked beers. A small portion of English Caramel malt and loads of roasted and black barley give this ale its rich dark color and deep roasty coffee-like aromas which meld together well with the smoked malts
