Brewed to celebrate our Santa Barbara Channel being named a globally recognized Whale Heritage Area (SBCWHA). We made this lager packed with flavor well matched to amazing adventures while enjoying the natural beauty of the Santa Barbara Channel. We wanted to make the beer hop-forward but not bitter, so we enlisted several techniques used in our hazy IPAs as well as keeping the bitterness appropriate for a Marzen style beer. Easy drinking, burnished gold color and dry hopped with Mosaic for added impact. Cetaceans finish is toasty and dry, drawing the drinker to return for another sip.
