Rincon Jellybowl Berry

This version of Jelly Bowl, our rotating fruit beer, features a healthy dose of Black Currants, Red Raspberries and Boysenberries. Malted wheat provides a soft texture to the beer while a healthy dose of acidulated malt gives the finished beer a slightly tart snap that help to accentuate the fruit additions. CTZ hops provide just enough clean bitterness to give the beer balance and the California Ale yeast strain provides a neutral canvas to showcase the fruit.
