This beer is brewed in the style of a West Coast IPA. Simple grain bill of mostly extra pale pilsner malt. We used Loral,Centennial, Simcoe Cryo and Amarillo Cryo hops. Aromas of lemon zest and wildflowers with subtle hints of pine resin. On the pallet the citrus-floral theme carries though with a slight malty sweetness and finishes dry.
